2. How to Stay Safe During a Heatwave
Hydration Tips:
Drink plenty of clean water (avoid sugary drinks).
Add ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) if you feel weak.
Eat water-rich fruits like watermelon, cucumber, and oranges.
Stay Cool Indoors:
Keep curtains/blinds closed during the day.
Use fans or air coolers.
