How to Move Apps from Phone to Sd Card on Nougat

Follow these Steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 2: About Phone

Step 3: Software Information

Step 4: Tap Build No (7 times)

Step 5: Go Back to Settings

Step 6: Developer Options

Step 7: Turn It On

Step 8: Scroll Down and turn on "Force allow apps on external"

Step 9: Done

Now you can move your apps from phone to sd card or can change your app storage location in App Manager.
