Alot of ptcl users are experiencing this problem that there internet is frequently keep on disconnecting which is very annoying and irritating. Here are few steps which can help you to resolve this issue.
*Open your Browser
*Type your modem ip address in url section and hit enter
*Enter your user name and password (If you dont know your username and password, then you can check your modem it will be written on back side of your modem)
*Click on Advanced Setup
*Then click DSL
*In "select the modulation below" uncheck all options except "G.Dmt Enabled"
*Then hit apply/save
*Wait for 2-3 minutes
*Done
Most of the chance is that your problem would get solved. If its still keep on disconnecting then you can contact PTCL Customer service.
