Thousands of your future generations will use the same battery you used. Don't be surprised, because it's a fact. The NDB company in the US state of California has developed a battery that can be used for 5,000 years on a single charge. Its a 'nano-diamond battery' which is made of nuclear waste and has a diamond layer on top of it.
Because diamonds are the hardest thing in the world, this battery will emit only as much radiation as it does from the human body. The electric current in this battery will be generated from radioactive isotopes 'Carbon 14' which are used in nuclear reactors.
NDB experts at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California and the Cavendish Laboratory at the University of Cambridge have twice demonstrated that the battery can be charged to 40%, and experts say they will soon be able to charge the battery to 90%.
If this battery is charged today in 2020, it will last until about 7020, "if the Hour does not come before then." NDB experts say they want to develop a battery that will last for 28,000 years. The company has not yet commented.
